Will I receive a confirmation before shipping?
Yes, our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order details before shipping.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all 316L Stainless Steel pieces include an official 1-Year Warranty against color fading.
What does the warranty not cover?
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, physical scratches, misuse, or Chinese Gold items.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my item?
Returns or exchanges are accepted in case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
How long do I have to report a problem?
You must report any issue within 8 hours of receiving your package.
Do I have to return the product in its original packaging?
- Yes, returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
