Return & Exchange Policy

At Valeria, we want you to love your jewelry. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below:

• 14-Day Exchange Window: You can request an exchange or size change within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Reporting Issues (8-Hour Rule): If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it to us within 8 hours of receiving your package via WhatsApp with clear photos/videos. We will replace the item at zero extra cost.

• Shipping Costs: Return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered by us.

• Non-Eligible Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items showing signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage occurring after delivery.
