1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on public holidays or weekends.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are fixed based on your location in Egypt:

- Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days (67 EGP)
- Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days (75 EGP)
- Canal Cities: 3–4 business days (80 EGP)
- Upper Egypt: 3–5 business days (85 EGP)
- Red Sea & Sinai: 3–5 business days (95 EGP)

* Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders over 1,000 EGP.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, our courier team or customer support will contact you via Phone/WhatsApp or email with your shipment updates.

4. Package Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery before accepting it. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
